To the Fisher Family,

I had the pleasure of meeting Trisha and Rickey when they had just started dating. She was so sweet, never raised her voice, unlike the rest of us. Then I met Rickey because he would come over to visit her. I thought, what a cute couple. When I first learned that it was Trisha, Rickey and their daughther I just could not BELIEVE it!! But god always knows the outcome and he never makes a mistake. RIP, You all will forever be remembered!

We miss you PFish! Our days will not be the same without your sassy style and wit! You made me laugh everyday and made work fun. You were a fierce mother who loved her children. We will do our best to keep your spirit and zest for life alive at the front gates. Our deepest sympathies to your family.

I was so honored to work with Trish, and she became a mother hen to so many of us. Her vibrancy and sass had us laughing daily, and I was grateful to have her in my life. Her family was her everything, she touched so many lives. May God's peace be with her family, and may you find comfort in His grace. Her life was light and she will never be forgotten!

No bond is as great as that between a parent and child.

ALWAYS REMEMBER.....
Her infinite Affection --
Her infinite Care --
Her Golden finger on Her lip --
Willing Silence -- Everywhere --

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

During times of grief and sorrow, I have always found comfort in the following passage entitled:

The Plan of the Master Weaver

~TO THE FISHER FAMILY~

Our lives are but fine weavings
That God and we prepare,
Each life becomes a fabric planned
And fashioned in His care.
We may not always see just how
The weavings intertwine,
But we must trust the Master's hand
And follow His design,
For He can view the pattern
Upon the upper side,
While we must look from underneath
And trust in Him to guide…
Sometimes a strand of sorrow
Is added to His plan,
And though it's difficult for us,
We still must understand
That it's He who fills the shuttle,
It's He who knows what's best,
So we must weave in patience
And leave to Him the rest…
Not till the loom is silent
And the shuttles cease to fly
Shall God unroll the canvas
And explain the reason why —
The dark threads are as needed
In the Weaver's skillful hand
As the threads of gold and silver
In the pattern He has planned.

I find it hard to believe they are gone. 25 years ago I met Tricia at work and we became the best of friends. We did everything together. My family became her family and vice versa. Everytime I think about my wedding, they will come to mind as they all had a share in it. (Tricia – matron of honor, Ricki – singing as I came down the aisle, P'ashea – flower girl) I will always cherish my last conversation with Tricia as we reminisced about how we use to shop until we dropped. They will truly be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the jones and Fisher family.

Love,

Brandy Smith
