I was fortunate to work with Rick and have him as part of my administrative team. I have the utmost professional and personal respect for Rick. Hard worker, respectful of all those around him, and one of the kindest people I know. He was fun to work with, and I especially enjoyed our after hours wind-down and relax sessions we could sometimes squeeze in. And our ongoing debates as to whose football team was better: his Dallas Cowboys, or my Green Bay Packers. I am saddened to see he has left us so soon and wish the family the comfort and peace only our Lord can provide.

My sincerest condolences to Rick's wife and family. I met Rick when he started at Halyard Health. Rick Bobo was a class act... smart, always kind, always had a smile and perhaps a little joke. He expressed his love for his family... especially his beautiful little girl. Rick will always be missed.

Rick and I worked together at Halyard for a year. In that time I learned what a special individual he was. We talked daily about work and family but family was always at the top of his mind. He was soft spoken, kind and respectful of everyone around him. I think of him as a friend that I will miss greatly. My condolences to his wife and family.

It was my privilege working with Rick over the last two years. His calmness helped us get through some tough challenges.
While working on one priority critical incident last year, Rick stayed late with me in the office to ensure I was safe to get to my car. Your family are in my thoughts and prayers. My Sunday School is also praying for you. Rick will be missed dearly.

Maria and family, please accept my sincere condolences for the passing of Rick. Although I only knew him for a couple of years, he and I connected early on at Halyard. He was a fantastic man and he will be missed by all. Prayers for peace and strength for you and the family. We hope you can feel the love of his work family during his wake and funeral.

Rick was a dear friend and colleague. He and I worked together at Halyard since the start. We spent many long hours together working on various projects. He was first and foremost a kind, patient, Godly man. His faith came through in how he interacted with everyone at the office. One of my best memories of Rick is when we traveled to Littleton, MA for the DR project. Our flights were delayed and we landed back to ATL much later than expected. We decided to take MARTA back to our cars. Even at that late hour, I felt more than safe because Rick was with me. He was just that kind of a guy, trustworthy and strong in all situations. I am so blessed to have known him for these past few years. I know that Rick walks with Jesus now. His legacy will live on here at Halyard, he will be greatly missed.

Rick was more than my manager. He was my friend. I know his whole world revolved around his wife and that baby. I will miss our conversations we would have, spoken and unspoken. We could be in a room full of people in a meeting and look at each other and have a complete conversation.
