Willie Williams Obituary

WILLIE MAE DICKSON-CULPEPPER WILLIAMS, 74, of Memphis, died Monday, November 19, 2007 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis. Mrs. Williams was a member of Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, where she served as President of the DR Watts Circle and member of several ministries including The Willing Workers, B T U, Missionary Sunday School, Mass Choir and Women's Chorus. She was the daughter of the late Willie Dickson and the late Irene (Culpepper) Ankton. She is also survived by her husband, Curtis Williams; one daughter, Rose C. Netters; three sons, O. D. Netters, Jr., (Patricia Y) of Fitzgerald, GA, Nathan E. Netters (Sylvia) of Valdosta, GA, and Jasper K. Netters (Mirella) of Memphis. Arrangements are being handled by R.S. Lewis & Sons Funeral HOme, 374 Vance Avenue, Memphis, TN, where the family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday, November 23. Funeral service will be at Progressive Missionary Baptist Church at Noon, Saturday, November 24, with Pastor James Collins officiating. Interment will be in Memphis Memory Gardens in Memphis, TN. R.
