David Dennis Obituary

David W.W. Dennis Jr., age 53 of Franklin, NH died July 3rd after a long battle with Alpha1 Anti-trypsin deficiency.

David was born in Nashua, NH on March 14th, 1967 son to David W.W. Dennis Sr. and Janice R. (Lamonda) Dennis. He was the youngest of 7 children. Along with his Mother he was pre-deceased by his Sister, Tamara L. Fisher. He graduated from Wilton High School as Valedictorian and was truly a gentleman.

He enjoyed Family Gatherings, Rock N Roll, Motor Sports, playing his guitar and Riding his Bicycle. His sense humor was warm and could even attract strangers to listen and laugh, with this he made lifelong friends.

He will be forever loved by his father and his 5 sisters, Michele R. Taillon of Pittsfield NH, Wilma J. Dennis of Franklin NH, Susan F. Montgomery of Deering NH, Shirley R. Dennis of Manchester NH, and Shannon T. Miller of Raymond NH. David was blessed to have a lifelong friend and devoted stepmother Peggy Calvert Shamblin of Winchester VA. He was lovingly adored by many Nieces, Nephews, great nieces, and nephews. David will be very missed by all who knew and loved him. A celebration of life will be held in his honor.

John 10:29 My Father which gave them me is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

David has been set free and is at peace with the Lord.

So very sad to see David passed away. It’s been many many years since I’ve seen him. He was a big part of my life for 8 years and I have some fond memories of growing up and living with my “big brother”. He was smart and fun to be around! I looked up to him and adored him as a child! I will never forget the years we were family. My condolences to his family. Rest In Peace.

We had so many plans for the future. It broke my heart but at the same time it gave me peace. I found this quote and it made me think of you so here it goes.
God saw you getting tired
When a cure was not to be.
So He wrapped His arms around you.
And whispered,"Come unto me."
You didn't deserve what you went through.
And so He gave you rest.
Gods garden must be beautiful.
He only takes the best.
So when I saw you sleeping,
So peaceful and free from pain.
I could not wish you to come back,
To suffer that all again.
You where truly one of a kind.

Little Deedah, as my mom would call him, how you left us way too soon. I am so sorry, my cousins and Uncle D. This is hard to fathom, but my heart, love and prayers go out to all of you. Deeply, deeply sorry, but yes, we will meet again, and that is the glorious in Christ that gives us such hope! Rest easy, Deedah. Love you!

David, Me and David were better people because of our friendship with you and your knowledge never seemed to surprise me! I always worried about you and youd laugh when Id voice it. Im so saddened by your passing but glad we spent the day with you on the 2nd of July! Your compassion for others was an inspiration to me! I hope I never stop remembering your contagious smile. We just found out of your passing because we were determined to get ahold of you today, when you left the house on the 2nd you were supposed to come back on the 4th to watch the fireworks and weve had no luck getting ahold of you! You have your wings now my friend! Watch over us and fly high and soar the skies! You will be forever missed! All my love David! Jodi Bye and David Walsh

My brother was a beautiful person. The words will cheapen him and fall way short. McGee always treated others with total kindness. He never spoke a bad word about anyone. He struggled to live, find peace and be there for other people. He felt guilty that his own needs demanded from others but was so appreciative of everything people did and gave to him. He taught me the depths of love, kindness, patience and patience. I think only he and I will ever grasp what we were blessed to have. Love you my dear brother forever. Thank you for being my brother. Again, words falling short.

Sorry to hear about Daves passing. His recent health issues were many and varied. I watched as he continued to meet each new challenge with courage and determination. He fought valiantly trying with all the strength and grit of a true warrior. I will miss the smile and laughter that he carried throughout, in the face of adversity.

Dave, we had a blast when we were young! Going to the prom in your Dads car, eating our fancy McDonalds drive through prom dinner in his Porsche, good times and great GREAT memories. I think you made the best lemonade with the lemons you were given. It is a living testament to your greatness. I will always remember you with love, I will forever miss you and I will happily look forward to seeing you again. I think this is the first time that I have ever thought of you and not laughed. I know youll change that for us all. Thank you for that David.❤

Dear Dennis Family,
I am so sorry for the loss of David. I got to know David over the past few years while he was in Concord, and was so impressed with his courage, his determination, his honesty and sense of humor. He became a friend I would love to see; he always had a smile on his face and an ability to see the positivite in everything, and we shared lots of laughs. He had a good heart, and he will be missed. Sending prayers, sympathy and condolences to you all.

My heart is saddened for Davids family and friends. I spent many a summer day playing badminton and bike riding with David on Potters Road. His friendship was the bright part of my days living up on the hill and I was so happy to reconnect and have some great conversations this past year. My thoughts and prayers for you all. Fly with the angels my friend and be at peace.
