David Downs Obituary
Boscwen , NH - David Michael Downs passed away peacefully at pleasant view nursing home after long term illness.
He grew up in Bow and graduated from Concord High School in 1968. He was very mechanically inclined, a master welder/fabricator and auto body and auto mechanic. He was very sociable and enjoyed talking to people. David over the years worked on many cars, trucks and machinery. One of his main hobbies was Drag racing and he even went to California to race. He also received many trophies and was featured in hot rod magazine. New England Dragway was his favorite and David attended many car shows with his sons. He liked watching star trek, sci-fi tv shows, country & oldies music. He also loved being around his family, attending many get togethers, outings and family reunions. He is pre deceased by his parents Ted, Ruth Downs and siblings. He is survived by his sons Jeff, Jason, step daughter Jennifer, and many grandkids, family and friends.
David will be laid to rest forever eternally at Andrews cemetery in Bow, NH
No services will be done, our family is asking for prayers, kindness, thoughts and privacy...

Dave was a good guy, always helpful and knowledgeable. He always came back at my fathers and hang out in Loudon. Was just thinking about him the other day.

I remember David Downs when I lived on hall Street he used to drive a 1966 Chevy Impala with mags on it he was a big guy God bless you the Strong family from hall Street.
