I remember him as a neighbor and friend. We loved projects and frequently compared notes. I think of him every time i pick up a saw or fix a light. He is truly an angel now.

Mileva and I met Ed in 1983 when we moved into his neighborhood. Ed was a bear of a man and his large stature and demeanor was somewhat intimidating. He was actually a teddy bear and just one heck of a nice person. Ed gave us tutorials on carpentry that saved money on do it yourself projects and was always so pleasant and encouraging. He was so proud of his kids too. Even after we and the Constants moved out of the neighborhood, Mileva and I would occasionally see them at the Tea Garden in Concord.
So fortunate to have crossed paths with the Constant family. Thinking about you big guy.

I am sorry for the Constant Family with the passing of CFD Chief Constant. My Dad Eddie Uncles Larry and Bob Miner worked with Ed at the CFD back in the 60's. They were life long friends of his throughout their lives. May Chief Constant Rest In Peace. Thank You for your services Ed to Concord, NH.
