I am so sad to have learned -just today -of Jean´s passing. We worked together for about 8 years sometime ago, but we were able to find each other here and there over the years. She gave her entire heart and attention to serving the elder and disabled communities. I have a lot of favorite memories, but my favorite is whenever we would go out to lunch, She would always ask if there was "a lot of mayonnaise in the tuna?" And it didn´t really matter what they answered, she still ordered it and we always laughed over that -because I just don´t like mayo. And as ridiculous as that story might be, it made us both laugh. And then there was the time that she taught her Jack Russel "Murphy" how to jump through large hoops as a trick, and it was great fun ....until he started jumping over the fence! She was a lot of fun and gave her best.
The world of human services can be so trying, but she took care of people from a genuine heart.
I´ll always have fun memories of her and I will miss her.

Jean,
I have so many fun memories growing up, when you weren´t whisked off to Germany or Panama. You were kind, funny, loving and caring. You were challenged a lot in your life, more than some could bear, but you carried through with a smile and laugh. I hope you´re having a beer with your Dad and mine(Uncle Buddy). Rest in peace cousin. Love you
Thoughts and prayers to Maryellen, Nicky and their families
