Joan "Jody" Reed

Concord, NH - Joan "Jody" Reed, age 90, of East Side Drive passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 8th, 2025 at Havenwood.

She was born in Newport, NH, the daughter of the late Dr. Raymond Libby and Selma (Swedberg) Libby.

She was a graduate of Towle High School and the University of NH. Jody worked as a Registered Occupational Therapist for over 38 years before her retirement in 1996.

Jody is survived by her husband of 64 years, Robert Reed of Concord; 7 nieces, Tamara Cox, Becky Cox-Rodgers, Sheryl DiBiase, Barbara Reese, and Donna Ciaccio, Susan Palmateer, Sandra Reed; and her nephew and Godson Craig Mabie.

Visiting hours will not be held.

Private family and friends only graveside services will be held on Saturday, July 19th at 1 pm in the Riverview Cemetery, 26 Hartshorn Rd, Barnstead, NH

The Waters Funeral Home in Concord has the honor or assisting the family with the arrangements.
