Joanne Amyot Obituary

PEMBROKE – Joanne E. Amyot, 69, of Pembroke died suddenly Friday, August 15, 2014, at her camp in Henniker.

Joanne was born in Concord on September 12, 1944, to the late Joseph and Hazel (Whittemore) Duguay.

She is survived by her husband, Girard Amyot; sons, Brian, Jeff and Stacy; and predeceased by Kevin Amyot, in 2014 and Karen Villeneuve in 2006. Brothers, Dick and Tracy. Sisters, Dot, Donna and Patty. Grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of life will be held Monday, August 25, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the American Legion in Hooksett.

Joanne will be dearly missed by all her friends at camp. She was a special woman always willing to help. Camp just won't be the same. I will miss the card games and yard saleing you. You were like a second mom to us. My children and husband will miss you as well. Dan will hold fondly the bathrobe night.
