Randall Wilkinson Obituary

Randall E. Wilkinson

Franklin and Plymouth, NH - Randall E. Wilkinson August 21, 1960-April 11, 2025.

Our beloved brother, Randall (Randy) Wilkinson peacefully passed away, into his new resurrected life, while we were at his side. Randy was the son of William and Geraldine Wilkinson, longtime residents of Plymouth, NH. Randy was born on August 21, 1960, in Littleton, NH. He lived in Conway, and for many years in Plymouth, NH. Randy recently lived in Franklin.

When told about Randy's death, one nephew said, "He was a free spirit." Randy was indeed a free spirit and a gentle soul. He cared more for others than he did himself. Randy lived his life on his terms, and he died on his terms. Randy was a person that Jesus would invite into an encounter, "Come with me, stay awhile."

Randy was a motorcycle, Nascar, Patriots and Notre Dame football enthusiast. Randy had an adventurous love of skiing, playing baseball, football and fishing.

Randy was known by people who traveled by his house in Franklin, as the "Mayor of Kendall Street." People did not know his name, so they left gifts at his door and sent letters thanking him for his smile and friendly wave. Especially during the Pandemic, Randy was a sign of hope in troubled times.

Randy is survived by his four siblings who loved him and will miss him dearly: Joyce McInnis, Rev. Richard Wilkinson, Ronald (Mary) Wilkinson, and Janice (Steve) Walker, several nieces, and nephews and of course his long-time faithful friends, especially from Plymouth High School and his places of employment.

Join us to celebrate Randy's life and spirit, which is a part of all of us. Everyone has their story. Let us gather to tell and share Randy's story.

A celebration of Randy's life will be Thursday, May 22, 2025, 11am-1:30pm, at Mayhew's Funeral Home, 11 Langdon Street, Plymouth NH. We will gather to remember Randy, celebrate his life and offer our prayers. For those who are able, we will travel to Pine Grove Cemetery in Gilford, NH for the internment of his cremains with his parents.

This will be a simple affair, with good friends and Randy's family to thank you for your goodness and friendship with Randy.

Do Randy a favor: in lieu of flowers please give to your favorite charity or offer an act of kindness to feed the homeless or plant a tree in his honor.

I remember Randy when I lived in Concord. We used to ride motorcycles together. He was always enjoyable to be with. Sorry to hear he passed away.
