Triston Hannan Obituary
He was born in St. Johnsbury, Vt., the son of Leah LeClair and Jeremy Hannan. He previously attended Stevens High School in Claremont and was currently a sophmore at Concord High School. Active in many things, he enjoyed baseball, basketball, soccer, wrestling, track and snowboarding, but theater arts, drama and acting were his passion. Triston brought a spotlight to every room he entered, both on and off the stage. In his life Triston volunteered time to his community food pantry, soup kitchen, hospital, library, and at a local horse farm. He was president of the student body in middle school and was instrumental in the development of a gay and straight alliance club in Claremont. Triston was an active participant in all efforts for their anti-bullying campaign as well. He was recently employed at the Concord Family YMCA as a shadow swim instructor to children. Triston aspired to join the National Guard when he turned 18. He made friends easily, and was always there for people when they needed him and was frequently seen extending a hand to the downtrodden and speaking against injustice. He was well-known for his all-star smile and having a good ear and an endless shoulder to cry on. Upon moving to Concord, he orchestrated a block party in an effort to bring all his neighboring peers together as friends and equals.
Triston Hannan will be deeply missed.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his stepfather, Lance LeClair; his brother Tyler Ash Disotell; his sister Bianca Rose Hannan; his maternal grandmother, Debbey Morale; his aunt Donna Morale; his uncle Steven Morale; his best friends Aiden Kennett and Nicholas Pinault; as well as Christian Wiley and many many other good friends, since to know Triston was to see his light and be his friend.
Fly High Triston Hannan, you are deeply missed and forever in our hearts.
A celebration of Triston's life will be held in Claremont at a later date and details will be released soon. In lieu of cards or flowers, donations for Triston's final needs can be made via a GoFundMe page set up in his name.

The super bowl happened again this year... I still remember the first time we watched it together. Triston was one of my closest friends growing up in Newport. He was the light in every room. Always smiling and making everyone's day. He was like a brother to Gwen and I. Triston was such a kind soul and we'll love him forever. We miss you and will never forget.

Triston Hannon was a really close friend... I lived in his complex and he was just super awesome. I took it as such a shock when i found out. It really sucks and I know me and all his friends will miss him a lot. I was also in his geometry class and we rode the bus together, This really sucks and he always brought a smile to everyone's faces.

TJ was a regular at our church in Newport for many years when he was just a little boy. He prayed with us, read the Bible with us and ate breakfast with us. Our hearts lifted every time he walked in the door. We are all heart broken but know he is safe in the arms of Jesus his savior.
