William Prescott Obituary
Concord, NH — William John Prescott, age 68, died of complications from COVID-19 on Friday, October 29, 2021, surrounded by his loving family.
Born May 29, 1953, Bill grew up with his parents and 10 siblings on South Street in Concord and resided in the Concord-area for most of his lifetime.
Bill graduated from Concord High School in 1971 and went on to study at Plymouth State College. He worked at the N.H. State Hospital and later in life would deliver this newspaper to subscribers. Bill was always friendly, a good listener, slow to judge others and quick to forgive. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Along with his parents, Bill was predeceased by his brother, Steven.
He is survived by nine siblings, Robert G. Prescott, II, Thomas Prescott (Pamela), James Prescott, Daniel Prescott (Valerie), Gail Heitmann (Scott), Margaret Butler, Denise Prescott (Eugene Paletta), Virginia Prescott (Matt Arnett), and Mark Prescott (Lisa Stringfield-Prescott).
Bill will be buried at Blossom Hill Cemetery in Concord next to his parents and brother on Sunday, November 21, at 12:30 p.m.
Donations in his memory may be made to The National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI).
