I did not know Marine Rutledge. However, in my years with 779 Detachment , Marine Corps League, I learned that he was an outstanding citizen and Marine. The Larry Rutledge Scholarship program that he initiated aided many recipients through all years up to 2022. Marine Rutledge you have done well for many college students. I salute you.
