Maude Conley Obituary
She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Patrick Conley; daughter, Jennifer Bernardo; parents, G. Gernon and Katharine Brown; and brothers, Gernon Brown, Caswell Brown, Rainey Brown, Bobby Brown, Terry Brown, Richard Brown, and Teddy Brown.
She leaves behind sons, Brian Conley (Deborah), Brendan Conley (Shilo); daughters, Katharine Casey, Megan Leif (James); son-in-law, Troy Bernardo (Sarah); grandchildren, Audrey Conley, Maggie Conley, Bridget Conley, Patrick Leif, Elizabeth Leif; sisters, Betty Vigier, Peggy McLean; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Matthias the Apostle Catholic Church, 302 S. Magnolia Blvd., in Magnolia, Texas on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

Maude...what a character she was at Dominican High School! I have so many wonderful memories of her...my partner in crime when we made blindfolded Freshmen eat "goldfish" from the campus goldfish pond during Initiation...it was really pieces of raw liver tied to a string passed over their tongues. That was just one of our escapades. She kept me in stitches almost every day. If you were down in the dumps, you weren't for long when Maude entered the scene. THAT is how I choose to remember her...laughing, vibrant, full of life, outrageously funny at times. Rest in peace, Maude. Condolences and prayers to the Brown-Conley families. Sending my prayers to all.

Maude and I were close friends at Dominican. So many wonderful memories of her - she was funny and so much fun! She introduced me to my husband and we double dated many times. My deep sympathy for her family. I am sure her personality is welcome I heaven.
