I just learned of Rogers passing, and am heartbroken to learn of this. One of the kindest souls I've ever met. I met him and Sharon almost 30 years ago, as neighbors in Walden and later in April Sound. Such a sweet soul. My prayers for Sharon, Roger, his mother and the rest of his family. Heaven gained a beautiful and kindhearted soldier of Christ. I pray God holds you each tightly in His loving arms and comforts you with His peace and love.

You did win God's heart Roger, along with the hearts of so many others. You have been a true inspiration to all through your kindness, courage and grace. Although your loving spirit will always be with us, we will miss your smile and laughter which lightened the lives of us all. You are loved Roger...always.

If you ever met Roger you would agree that he was one of the most kind and gentle people that you have ever met. He always had a smile and a positive attitude. I loved working with him as he had a love of music as I do and was always challenging me to know the words of the oldies. My heart hurts for Sharon and Roger Jr. and his whole family for their loss. I know that Roger is dancing with the angels. I know this because in spite of all of his suffering his faith never waivered. Rest in peace my friend. Your TLE buddy Terry HHeape
