Edgar Shaddon Obituary
Edgar L. Shaddon, 83, of Russellville went home to be with His Lord, Monday, Oct. 24, 2022, at Conway Regional Medical Center.
The son of Ed Shaddon and Rosie (Pruitt) Shaddon, he was born Aug. 17, 1939, in Merced, Calif. He was an avid trader and barterer of goods. He was a member of the Scottsville Assembly of God. He also was an angler and enjoyed landing a big croppie or catfish.
He was preceded in death by his wife Patsy (Whitbey-Winters) Shaddon; his daughter, Sandy Winters; his parents; and five siblings; Joe Shaddon, Gerelen Crossman, Lonnie Shaddon, Donnie Shaddon, and Shirley Shaddon.
Survivors include a daughter, Joy Gail Roberts of Dover; a son, Terry Shaddon (Karen) of Dover; a daughter, Darla Bates (Frank) of Pottsville; 11 grandchildren; 23 great- grandchildren; and two siblings, Frank Shaddon of Waldron, and Bonnie Dale of Oregon.
Memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, 2022, at the residence of Terry Shaddon, 1145 State Highway 164 East, Dover, AR 72837.
