Jay Haulmark, age 56, of Russellville, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2021, at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville. He was born Oct. 9, 1964, in Russellville, son of Charles Wheeler and Maudie Dowdy Haulmark.
He was preceded in death by his father; two brothers, Eugene Haulmark and Mike Haulmark; and a sister, Peggy Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Lavonda Wooten Haulmark; two daughters, April and Jeremie Myers, and Melissa and Shawn Butler; sister, Polly and George McNeese; two grandchildren who were the light of his life, Jace Haulmark and Jayla Haulmark; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. on Saturday at Lemley Chapel with Rev. David Harrison.
Burial is in Pisgah Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, at Lemley Chapel.
