Joseph Carroll Smith, 76, of Selinsgrove, PA, formally of Russellville, passed away Monday, October 7, 2024. He was born in Scottsville, AR on January 5, 1948. He was the son of the late Lester C. and Allene (Wright) Smith.
He retired from International Paper, and after moving to Pennsylvania, he worked for Lowe's for many years. Carroll was an avid fisherman, hunter, and gardener.
He is survived by wife Judy; sons, Michael (Tori) Smith, and Carl (Kim) Smith and 6 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his siblings, James Kinder, Mildred Dotson, and David Smith.
Services will be planned later.
