Mary Catherine Simpson, born on March 4, 1937, in Russellville, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2024, in Maumelle, Arkansas. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Mary had a passion for helping others and always had a desire to share with those in need. She found joy in spending time with her family, and nothing made her happier than being surrounded by her loved ones. Mary was married to Pete Simpson for 61 years, and their love was a testament to the power of commitment and partnership.
Mary had a curious mind and was a voracious reader. She loved engaging in conversations about world events and enjoyed staying informed. Additionally, she found solace in nature and found joy in watching birds.
One of Mary's favorite places in the world was Branson, Missouri, where she enjoyed creating cherished memories with her family. She had a dream of having 12 children, but ultimately settled for three children: Ron, Mark, and Kathy. She ultimately gained 2 bonus daughters: Ron's wife Katie, Mark's wife Lourie, and a bonus son, Kathy's husband Sam.
Mary's proudest accomplishments were her grandchildren, who brought immense joy and love into her life. She adored her grandsons Brandon, Antonio, Zeke, and Manny; her granddaughters Savanna and Grace; bonus grandchildren Amber, Abby, and Chris; as well as her great-grandchildren Gino, Mia, and Kaylee.
Mary dedicated her career as a Medical Technician, contributing to the well-being and care of others. Her intelligence and kind-hearted nature touched the lives of many.
