Cindy, like the many others that you have clearly touched with your caring, intelligence, intensity, humor and courage, I am grateful that I had the good fortune of being your co-worker and friend. You truly enriched the lives around you. We all will miss you. Rest in peace.

We worked together for so many years. You were fiercely private, yet I was lucky enough for you to share moments, fears and realities about your battle with cancer that I will always respect and cherish. I was honored when you let me in, even for the brief periods of time, to share details about your life. I will never forget all the times you stopped by my office to give me an update on your treatments or prognosis. You were one of a kind and left a lasting impression on me. I'm lucky to have known you and hope you are at peace. I also hope you are surrounded by those with which you can engage in a rousing debate about something political :). Much love to your family during this difficult time. You are missed.

Cindy, I will never forget your quirky sense of humor which we seemed to share. Nor will I forget our esoteric conversations ranging from health to big pharma to the oddities of life. I've missed you at work these many months and have thought of you often. You fought the good fight and while I am happy you are no longer in pain, I am saddened that the world lost such a wonderful woman. You will be missed and my heart goes out to your family and friends at this sad time. Till we meet again.

I will miss the great conversations we had about music, culture, family and flowers. As private as both of us were, we managed to touch each others lives in a very unique way. I could always count on her to know some completely innocuous fact that would just make my day, and make me laugh. Our running joke was that we could have been each other's bestest friend in the whole world. I wonder why it never was so...or was it? To my friend whom I referred to as the
Daughter of Abraham, I wish you peace forever. I miss you. Sheila

Bev: So sorry to learn of the passing of your sister. She fought hard and strong. I know you were a comfort to her. May she rest in peace. Sincerely Barbara Weiss
