ROSE C. SOLTOFF
On May 8, 2016 of Bethesda, MD. Beloved wife of the late Nathan Soltoff; devoted mother of Marilyn (Eric) Schmitter, Howard (Jane) Soltoff, Michael Soltoff (Astrid Allen) and Jenny (Liam Kennedy); loving sister of the late Isadore, Irving and Allan Charkatz; cherished grandmother of Matthew (Teresa), Jacob and Jordan (Johanna). Also survived by nine great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on May 11 at 2:30 p.m. at King David Memorial Park, Falls Church, VA. Family will receive friends at the residence of Howard and Jane Soltoff in Bethesda, MD. Memorial contributions may be made to JSSA or the Village at Rockville. Condolences may be made to the family atwww.sagelbloomfield.com
