Eleanor Driscoll Obituary
Runnemede - Eleanor B. Driscoll (nee Buch) of Runnemede, formerly Brooklyn NY, age 77. Beloved wife of Kevin F. for 55 years. Devoted mother of Bryan (Donna), John (Kristin), and Suzanne Driscoll-Beckett. Loving grandmother of Katie Morris (David), Caroline Acitelli (Angelo), Cameron Driscoll, Bryana Driscoll, Kevin Beckett. Great grandmother of Jack Morris and Adelaide Acitelli. Sister of Elizabeth McGarry (James). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Eleanor was an active member of St. Teresa Church for over 50 years. She started the First Steps in Faith at St. Teresa Church Sunday School. Past president at RYAA, Women's Auxiliary RYAA, Jr. Woman's club of Runnemede. Eleanor started one of the first drug awareness programs for teens. In lieu of flowers and in support and enduring commitment to education the family is requesting donations be made to the Eleanor B. Driscoll Scholarship Fund, care of Wells Fargo Bank, 228 Black Horse Pike, Runnemede, NJ 08078, which will provide scholarships for students who cannot afford Catholic School. There will be a visitation from 5pm - 8pm Sunday eve and from 9am - 10am Monday morning at the GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Memorial Mass 11am at St. Teresa Holy Child Parish, Runnemede.
