Harold Ganskopp Obituary

GANSKOPP, Harold Arthur, Sr. On November 5, 2009, of Washington Twp. Age 89. Beloved husband of the late Grace R. (nee Helbling). Devoted father of Harold A. Ganskopp, Jr. (the late Tammy), Phyllis White (James, Sr.) and Priscilla F. McClure (Craig). Loving grandfather of Jennifer, James, Jr., Courtney, Rachael and Gregory. Proud great-grandfather of Nevon. Harold worked for the School District of Philadelphia for over 36 years. His passions were gardening, painting and enjoying life with his family and pets. Harold was also an avid Philadelphia sports fan. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Monday eve 7:00- 9:00pm and Tuesday 8:30- 9:30am at the EGIZI FUNERAL HOME, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00am at SS Peter and Paul RC Church, Washington Twp. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, Williamstown. In lieu of flowers, donations in Harold's memory may be made to the Make a Wish Foundation, 1034 Salem Rd., Union, NJ 07083. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.egizifuneral.com. Dear Mrs. White and family, I am so sorry to hear about your father & grandfather's passing. I just saw his name in the church bulletin. I am sorry for your loss. I remember him as being such a great man, so loving and such a family man. You will be in my thoughts and prayers as you go through this difficult time.
