Stratford - (nee Graham), age 59, of Stratford, passed away on March 1, 2018 after a strong battle with breast cancer. Wife of Steven E. Gismonde, Sr. Mother of Steven Jr, Melissa, and Stacey Gismonde. Grandmother of Alissa, Nicholas, and Elizabeth. Daughter of Jane Graham. Sister of Lynn Davis. Proud dog Mom to her late beloved Taz.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing and visitation on Monday 12-2pm at EUGENE J. ZALE FUNERAL HOME, INC. 712 N. White Horse Pike, Stratford, NJ 08084. PH (856) 783-5100. Dear Gismonde family,Please accept my sincere apology for not attending the service for Jayne. It was very sad to hear of her passing. She always had a smile and words of wisdom to share with others. No matter how you prepare yourself, it hurts. You were the moon and stars to her and she is your heart and soul. Remind each other of all the good times, and crazy moments you've shared. My continued prayers for you during this time of grief.

I am an old friend of Jayne's from high school and remember Jayne with love and happiness, a sweet kind fun loving girl who always had time for a friend.
