On October 21, 2016, of Audubon Park, NJ, age 69.
He is the beloved husband of Sheree (nee Campbell), devoted father to Jessica Pineiro, Steven (Karen) Pinero and Joseph Gardner and dear grandfather of Carly, Valerie and Deanna. He is also survived by his brother, Edward (Kathy) Pineiro and sister, Linda Schuman (Rich).

To my husband, my best friend......I miss you so much already. My heart is broken.....it seems so unreal to me that you are gone. I know you are in a better place, free of pain/discomfort....but my losing you is still so hard to accept. I will try my best to be strong and do all that I must do. Thank you for the most wonderful 23 years....you showed me what a real marriage is: love, happiness, friendship, companionship, laughter, kindness, joy, sharing of happy and sad times. Always by my side. Thank you for loving me and for loving Jess and Joe as you do. I will love you always. I will not say goodbye to you....I will say "see you later".....until then, I will continue to love you with all my heart!

It doesn't make it any easier to be without you, but I will try my best to be strong. When you left you took a piece of my heart with you. Thank you for 23 wonderful years...you showed me what a real marriage is all about... love, happiness, laughter, companionship, friendship, kindness and so much more. You are the most giving, selfless man I have ever known. Thank you for loving me and for loving Jess and Joe as you did. I will not say goodbye, I will say "see you later"...until then, I love you more than life itself!
