Víctor Manuel Pineiro Castro, padre dedicado, veterano condecorado y académico destacado, falleció el 8 de febrero de 2026 a los 48 años. Hombre disciplinado, inteligente y con un entusiasmo contagioso por la vida, Víctor deja un legado de servicio a su país y un amor inquebrantable por su familia.
Una vida de servicio y logros
Nacido en Ponce, Puerto Rico, hijo de Víctor Manuel Pineiro y Zaida Castro Ortiz, Víctor se mudó a los Estados Unidos hace más de 30 años, donde formó una vida plena y vibrante. Dedicó gran parte de su carrera al Ejército de los Estados Unidos, donde sirvió con distinción como Chief Warrant Officer 2 (CWO2).
Su disciplina militar iba de la mano con su compromiso con la educación. Víctor alcanzó el más alto nivel académico, obteniendo un Doctorado en Administración de Empresas, demostrando su empeño y una mente excepcional.
Un espíritu aventurero
Más allá de sus logros profesionales y militares, Víctor era un hombre que sabía disfrutar el momento. Encontraba su mayor felicidad viajando y "de fiesta", viviendo la vida al máximo, explorando nuevos horizontes y compartiendo risas con quienes lo rodeaban. Ya fuera al otro lado del mundo o en su hogar en Kissimmee, su presencia iluminaba a sus amigos y familia extendida.

El mayor orgullo de Víctor era su familia. Le sobreviven:
- Su madre: Zaida Castro, de Ponce, PR
- Sus hermanos: su hermana gemela, Zaida Pineiro (New York), y su hermano, Emmanuel Pineiro (Ponce, PR)
- Sus hijos: Francis Pineiro (Texas), Victoria Drouin Pineiro (Kentucky) y Jockhan Pineiro (Kentucky)
- Sus nietos: Jason, Elisia, Leonardo, Ariella y Elias, a quienes adoraba profundamente
También deja atrás una amplia y amorosa red de familiares y amistades que extrañarán su fortaleza, sabiduría y espíritu.
Servicios fúnebres
Habrá una vista de 1:00 p.m. a 4:00 p.m. el lunes, 16 de febrero de 2026, seguida por un servicio de oración a las 4:00 p.m.
Víctor será honrado por su servicio a la nación en el Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, en Radcliff, Kentucky.

Kissimmee, Florida.

A man of discipline, intellect, and an infectious zest for life, Victor leaves behind a legacy of service to his country and unwavering love for his family.
A Life of Service and Achievement
Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, to Victor Manuel Pineiro and Zaida Castro Ortiz, Victor moved to the United States over 30 years ago, where he built a vibrant life. He dedicated much of his career to the United States Army, serving with distinction as a Chief Warrant Officer 2.
His discipline in the military was matched by his dedication to education. Victor achieved the highest level of academic success, earning a Doctorate in Business, a testament to his drive and sharp mind.
A Spirit of Adventure
Beyond his professional and military accolades, Victor was a man who knew how to embrace the moment. He found his greatest joy in "traveling and partying"-living life to the fullest, exploring new horizons, and sharing laughter with those around him. Whether he was across the globe or at home in Kissimmee, his presence was a light to his friends and extended family.
Family and Legacy
Victor's greatest pride was his family. He is survived by:
• His Mother: Zaida Castro of Ponce, PR.
• His Siblings: His twin sister, Zaida Pineiro (New York), and his brother, Emmanuel Pineiro (Ponce, PR).
• His Children: Francis Pineiro (Texas), Victoria Drouin-Pineiro (Kentucky), and Jockhan Pineiro (Kentucky).
• His Grandchildren: Jason, Elisia, Leonardo, Ariella, and Elias, all of whom he adored.
He also leaves behind a large, loving network of extended family and friends who will miss his strength, his wisdom, and his spirit.
Services
A visitation will be held from 1-4pm Monday, February 16, 2026 with prayer services following at 4pm.
Victor will be honored for his service to the nation at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, Kentucky. Arrangements are being handled by Funeraria Porto Coeli in
Kissimmee, Florida.
