Amy Renae Kirsch

Evansville, IN - Amy Renae (Koch) Kirsch, 43, of Evansville, passed away Thursday, June 20, 2019 in Pagosa Springs, CO as the result of an accident while on vacation.

Amy was a member of Resurrection Catholic Church, a 1994 graduate of FJ Reitz High School and a 1997 graduate of the University of Southern Indiana. Amy loved the beach, dancing, traveling with her family, the outdoors, camping, photography, and gathering with friends and family. She worked as the Lead Educational Coordinator for the Respiratory Therapy Department at Deaconess Hospital; she loved her job and her coworkers.

Surviving Amy are her husband of 21 years, Michael Kirsch, Jr.; two daughters, Victoria and Samantha Kirsch; a son, Nicholas Kirsch; her parents, Raymond and Sylvia (Mayse) Koch; one brother, Gary (Stephanie) Koch and many nieces and nephews.

There will be a Mass of Christian Burial held at 10:00 AM on Monday, July 1, 2019 at Resurrection Catholic Church, Rev. Jerry Pratt officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 until 7:00 PM on Saturday and 1:00 until 7:00 PM on Sunday at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street and from 9:00 AM until service time on Monday at Resurrection Church, 5301 New Harmony Road, Evansville, IN 47720.

Memorial contributions may be made to Deaconess Riley Clinic in care of Deaconess Foundation.
