Eddie was a 1959 graduate of FJ Reitz High School. He worked as a Quality Control Manager for American National Can, now Silgan for almost forty years. Eddie helped many people through Accent on Christ and was a friend of Bill W. He attended City Church and was an avid golfer.
Surviving Eddie are his wife of 45 years, Donna Walker; two sons, Kevin (Lynn) Miles and Scott (Paula) Miles; sister, Brenda (Greg) Johann; grandchildren, Lisa (Mark) Pedersen, Brian (Jasmine) Walker, Maddie Miles, and Tim Miles; great grandchildren, Kelsi (Deshaun) Mitchell, Kyler and Kaleb Pedersen, great great grandchildren, Addalyse and Kashaun, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Eddie was preceded in death by a son, Mark Walker and sister, Ida Carnal.
There will be a memorial service held celebrating Eddie's life at 3:00 PM on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at City Church, 314 Market Street, Evansville, IN 47708. Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 PM until service time on Saturday at the church.
