She was born in Evansville on May 5, 1959, to Forrest and Gertrude (Yates) Massey. Debra was a Christian. She was a homemaker and a volunteer at John H. Castle Elementary School in Newburgh.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Debra is survived by her husband, Kevin R. Kolley; three children, daughter, Morgan, son, Tanner, and stepson, Ross, all at home; sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara and Gary Lehr of Evansville and Susan and Steve Fowler of Newburgh.
Funeral services for Debra will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 24, 2006, at Titzer Family Funeral Homes - Simpson Chapel, 510 W. Jennings St., Newburgh, Ind. Burial is in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 23, 2006, and from 9 a.m. to time of service on Monday at the funeral home.
