She was my 4th grade teacher, and I can tell you that she
was an awesome teacher. Everyone liked her, and she was a respected professional, and a wonderful person. A sad time indeed, and my deepest sympathy and condolences to the family.

I always enjoyed talking about our respective Disney trips with Joy at the credit union. Every time she came in one of us was getting ready to go to Disney World or had just gone. She was a great lady and I will miss seeing her. Prayers for all of you.

Dick,
Sorry to hear about Joy. I haven't seen her in years, but remember her fondly from our EC days. She was a real spitfire as a coed, a an POPi, and an Aces cheerleader. And from her obit, she must have been a wonderful professional educator and community leader, as well as a fabulous wife, mother, and grandmother. You must miss her terribly. I hope that time will give you peace.. Best to you and your family in this trying time.

I had her as a teacher at Hebron school. I really loved coming to school and seeing her every day. She was always so happy.

We had great times teaching together at Hebron in the 1980's when our children were young, and we shared our joys, dreams, and tears. Our Hebron crewstayed in touch as the years went by, our kids grew up, and we all went our separate ways, but for many years our crew met for lunch and always cherished those days and our Hebron bond. For us those were the best of times in our education careers. Rest In Peace, Joy. I am certain you are smiling down on us. Pam Blessing
