Jeremy D. Kolley, 37, passed away January 31, 2016 at Deaconess Main. He is preceded in death by his dad Louie Zollman. Jeremy is survived by his wife Angie; children, Brendon, Josh, Jericho, Kaylynn, Hunter & Autumn; mother, Roberta Zollman; sister, Jessica (Mason) Zollman & brother Louie Zollman. He was a loving father, son, husband, brother & a wonderful friend to all.
Funeral service will be 2 pm Wed., February 3, 2016 at Bradley's Colonial Chapel, 1005 E. Main St. Boonville. Visitation 10 am to service time at the funeral home. Interment Selvin Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Bradley's Colonial Chapel. Condolences can be sent to www.bradleyscc.com
