Leonard R. Poole
Evansville, Ind.
Leonard R. "Whip" Poole, 61, of Evansville, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2014, at St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born December 10, 1952, in Evansville.
He worked as a printer at Koch Label for 28 years. Whip loved golf, hunting and watching NASCAR.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Pete and Mildred Poole; and brother, Butch.
Whip is survived by his wife of 25 years, Donna; sons, Robert, Charles (Angel), Chris, and Chuck; seven grandsons; one granddaughter; three great-grandsons; one great-great-granddaughter; nieces and nephews; and a world full of friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Howell Park Shelter at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with Whip's Celebration of Life Service.
