A graduate of Central High School and Evansville College, Matt's working years were centered around marketing and sales. He began his career at Addressograph Multigraph Corporation, eventually moving on to Graham Paper Company and the family business, Maco Reprographics Inc. Matt and Nancy sold Maco in 2000 and retired. Since retirement, Matt enjoyed fishing, traveling with Nancy, and spending time with their children, Todd Hazelip, Andrea Gibson and Nichole Fehn, and grandchildren, Rhett and Clay Gibson, and Megan, Hayden and Mallory Fehn. His sister, JoAnn Bullington, resides in Evansville. Matt formerly attended Bethel Temple Church, and currently attended Christian Fellowship Church.
In Heaven, Matt joins his parents, Mildred and Matthew E. Woods Sr., sister, Betty Pellow, and brother, Jack Woods.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 800 S. Hebron. Services will be held at 4 p.m. at the funeral home, with the Reverend David Schwambach officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 332 N. Lauderdale, Memphis, TN 38105.

I knew Matt from his days at Maco. You could always count on Matt to have a smile on his face and treated with kindness. Two things that are hard to find these days. Rest in peace Matt. I am sure the fishing is good in Heaven.
