Nolan Davis Obituary
Evansville - Nolan Gray Davis, age 22, of Evansville, IN, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2020, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital.
Nolan was born August 19, 1997, in Evansville, IN, to Denzil Ray Davis and Ariosto Kelly Gibson. He graduated from Harrison High School in 2016 and was attending Ivy Tech Community College. Nolan served in the United States Army National Guard. In the summer of 2015, he completed basic training in Fort Jackson, SC. After his high school graduation, he was transferred to Fort Sill, OK for artillery training.
Nolan is survived by his father, Denzil Davis (Tina); mother, Kelly Gibson; sisters, Hayden Rager, Devan Grammer, and Kasidee Kasinger; brothers, Austin Davis and Cory Davis (Melissa); grandmothers, Mary Lou Davis and Judith Sulawske; 3 nieces; 1 nephew; and aunts and uncles.
Nolan is preceded in death by his grandfathers, John Nolan Davis and Larry Sulawske; grandmother, Irma Kay Markland.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 18, 2020, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel - A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue, Evansville. Burial will be Private.
Friends may visit from 12:00 p.m. until service time, Saturday, January 18, 2020, at BOONE FUNERAL HOME EAST CHAPEL.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
