Camas, WA - Paul Richard Ensinger, 71, of Camas, WA, passed away on 1/1/2021 at home with his dog and family present listening to the bands Led Zeppelin, Emerson Lake and Palmer, and Rush.

Paul requested no formal funeral services aside from a proper Norse Funeral. As we were unable to locate any Vikings, Paul's ashes will be dispersed in all his secret hunting spots and favorite hiding spots in the woods of Indiana and the wilderness/coast of the Pacific Northwest.

Paul was born in Henderson, KY to Floyd Richard and Nora Nathalia Ensinger on 10/22/1949. He graduated from Reitz High School in Evansville, IN in 1967. Over the years Paul worked many jobs but is most notably remembered as dad, brother, uncle, grandpa, hunting buddy-Game Hog, and biker. He was involved in the Motorcycle Safety Club ABATE of Indiana for many years and was honored with the Freedom of the Road Award in 2007, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014. He enjoyed exploring the outdoors with his dog, hunting, fishing, camping, NASCAR, eating beans and ham, and his sisters' speculatz cookies.

Paul is survived by his dog Dammit; children Adam Ensinger (Shannon) of Camas, WA; Paula Rager (Jason) of Evansville, IN; 10 grandchildren; Siblings Barbara English of Evansville IN, Nancy Greene (John) of Evansville IN, Terry Wilson (Gary) of Dubuque IA, Beth Purtzer (Steve) of Evansville IN, Mark Ensinger (Julie) of Naperville IL and 11 nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents.
