It's with a heavy heart to read of Franks passing. I've known Frank since 1983 and always found him to be such an uplifting gentlemen. I'll never see him again at some of our favorite restaurants, or at church but I'm sure I'll see him when God calls me home. Barb, if we can be of any help to you please don't hesitate to call.

Hi Barbara:
I'm so sorry about Frank. He will be missed. He was a wonderful person and I enjoyed talking "politics" with him. If I can help you let me know.

Rick, prayers go out to you and your family. Your dad was a great man, who left his mark on the community. I know that you will miss him, but hold him close to your heart and follow his examples, and surely you will see him again someday.

Many prayers and condolence to Frank's family. First cousin, Frank was in our circle of family and friends in the l940's, and 50's - always cheerful, fun loving person. A very special Hamilton/Carroll family member at reunions.

Barb, Rick, Cole, Maryann,Nancy, Sarah and the nieces and nephews. Frank was a wonderful man. He shared his life with me and Mark just like a father would. He helped me through so many hard times and shared alot of good times. All of his treasures he gave me I will hold dear to my heart. He was a funny, caring, loving soul. He'd say see ya next wed.for many years to go to lunch or just talk. I would answer with "you betcha"...and the drive home he would call to make sure that I had made it home safe. Will I see him again someday? "you betcha"..I miss him and He will always be in my heart and the memories of all our times together will make me smile and think "what a great man he was to have as my father figure. Love to you all.

To Barbara and family. Frank was an important part of my time at Newburgh Police Department. He and Dennis Patton made my transition from college graduate to police officer easy by his friendly, welcoming attitude. He will be missed.
