Daniel Lester Gamble, age 75, of Marion, passed away on September 27, 2025. Daniel was born August 9, 1950, to the late John and Glenna (Born) Gamble, in Kenton, Ohio. Daniel was a graduate of Pleasant High School, in Marion County, and was drafted shortly after graduation into the United States Army to serve during the Vietnam War. Daniel would cheer the Buckeyes on and Saturdays and the Bengals on Sundays, often at the American Legion Post 584, of which he was a member. Left to cherish the memory of Daniel are his daughters, Karen (Ben) Dutton, and Natalie (Heath) Schotts, sister Ruthie Alderman grandchildren Van Dutton and Casi Dutton, nephews, Johnny Gamble and Aaron Alderman, niece Angela Graves. Daniel Lester was preceded in death by parents and brother Kenneth Gamble. There will be a memorial service for Daniel at a later date and time.
