Doris Neff Obituary

Doris Neff, age 97, of Mansfield passed away Friday May 9, 2025 at Mill Creek Nursing and Rehab. Born April 24, 1928 in Benton, she was the daughter of James and Eunice (Ranck) Snyder. Doris was affiliated with First Federal Bank of Ohio for 25 years and the Clothes Horse for 32 years. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star Naomi Chapter in Galion. She was a 1946 graduate of Galion High School. Doris lived her life with courage, pluck, prayfulness, sadness, joy, energy, love and humor. She lived, she died, she had an interesting life well lived! She is survived by her children: Linda (Michael) Hughes and Steve Neff and her grandchildren: Tara Hughes, Jaclyn Armbruster, Matthew Crissinger, Evan Crissinger and Zoe (Christopher) West and special friends Lisa and James Copley and Stacey and Jeff Wampler. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Neff, son Lyle Crissinger, Brother Calvin Snyder, grandson Adam Hughes and significant other Abe Wampler. The family will observe private services for Doris.
