Bill was one of the first PCYC members I met and bacame friends with when joining the club in 2006. I so much enjoyed catching up and talking to him when I would see him at the club or have a beer with him on his boat Lift Off. I will truly miss him. Gil Livingston

Family and Friends of Bill:

In time, the heart heals leaving us with memories. Not of sorrow, but of the love we have known.

My thoughts and sympathy are with Bill's family and all of his friends in the Cape C neighborhood, KSC and PCYC.

I share these pictures with all of you as this is how I will remember Bill.

I will miss him so much.
