CREDLE, JR., AARON (JOE)
Aaron (Joe) Credle, Jr., age 79 of Stratford entered into eternal rest Friday, May 1, 2015. Born in Swan Quarter, NC to the late Aaron and Juanita Fulford Credle, Aaron had been a resident of Stratford for the past forty plus years. He was employed nearly fifty years with Frank Mattera Landscaping. In addition to his parents his wife, Irene Tyson Credle predeceased him. He leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Rev. Charles Tyson of NC, Arthur Tyson of Waterbury; three daughters, Brenda Kearse of stratford, Tara Tyson-McMillian and Teresa Credle of West Haven; two brothers, Ernest and Arnell Credle of NC; a sister, Thelma Williams of West Haven; twelve grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren; several nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 6, 2015, 11:00 AM at Morton's Mortuary, Inc., 25 Margaret E. Morton Lane, Bridgeport with Rev. Charles Tyson, officiating. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery. Friends are invited to the viewing Wednesday from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at the funeral home. See www.mortonsmortuary.com.
