Anna Arsenault Obituary

ARSENAULT Anna Arsenault, age 77, of Bridgeport, beloved wife of Henry Arsenault, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, July 5, 2009 with her loving family by her side. Born and raised in Westport, Mrs. Arsenault was a Bridgeport resident for most of her life. After raising her daughters, Anna worked for the Highfield Manufacturing Co. of Bridgeport for seventeen years until her retirement in 1997. She enjoyed reading, cooking and going to the movies with her sister Bertha. Anna will be lovingly remembered as a kind and gentle soul, a quiet listener and for her gift of unconditional love for her family. It was a joy to have known her and she will be greatly missed. In addition to Henry, her husband of 48 years, Anna leaves behind her daughters, Darlene Rohlman and her husband Ed of Naugatuck and Karen Cyr and her husband Joseph of Seymour, her loving sister, Bertha Aconsky of Westport, grandchildren Dana, Nicole and Jenna Rohlman and Rebecca and Michael Cyr. She was predeceased by her infant son, Rene. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10:15 a.m. in the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home, 1209 Post Rd., Fairfield Center and at 11a.m. in St. Ann's Church, Brewster St., Bridgeport. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 5-8pm. The Arsenault family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Rafael Squitieri, Dr. Victor Mejia and Dr. Daniel Wollman of St. Vincent's for their professionalism, compassion and kindess.
