Charles Luperella Obituary

Charles Francis Luperella
Charles F. Luperella, age 30, of Milford, CT, passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 10, 2022, at his home in Milford with his loving mother and sister by his side. He was the beloved son of Linda M. Luperella (Yitts) and her partner Robert Forman of Milford and Francis G. Luperella and his fiancé, Donna Kintop of Boca Raton, FL. He was predeceased by his stepmother, Mona J. Luperella. Charlie was born in Warsaw, Poland and arrived in the USA in 1994, with his siblings, Peter and Natalie Luperella; followed by two of his other siblings, Christopher and Katherine Brennan, shortly thereafter. Charlie graduated from Joel Barlow High School in Easton, CT, class of 2010. After high school, he joined the Marines and graduated from Parris Island. He was eventually assigned to the Pentagon, where he interacted with all the top brass, scheduling flyovers and flights for all the "VIP" officers. It was here where he learned the skills to interact within the strict military protocol and demonstrated skillsets that he maintained the rest of his life. After his tour with the Marines, Charlie worked in the restaurant business for many years in various capacities and eventually became a server. It was in this role that he shined because of his outward personality and warmth, which contributed to the outstanding service that he provided to his customers. For those of you that knew Charlie, you'll agree that he had a personality that was larger than life and a charming and caring heart. He held a special place in his heart when he used to go on many, many long walks with his mother throughout his younger years growing up in Milford and Easton with the family pets, Cody, Remy, Sonny, and Bella. He was a lover of all kinds of music and from an early age listened to classic rock artists such as Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin from days gone by, and most recently, Twiddle. He was educated, "tortured," by his father who introduced, "forced," upon him the American Standard Songbooks, Jazz, and Classical Music, especially Saturday nights with Frank Sinatra blaring in the background. He adored his nieces, Kaylee, Harlee and Skylar and loved spending time with them as their uncle. The photos of Charlie with each of them illustrate a deep love and joy when he was with them. Charlie knew everyone; he made friends easily and kept them. He was thoughtful and kind. Charlie was infamously known as his grandma's favorite. They had a very special relationship, one that will transcend time, and continue when they meet once again in Heaven. He enjoyed spending time with his siblings, sharing stories and strengthening their bond. As the youngest child of five, Charlie traveled to Italy numerous times where he loved the culture, food, and history. He held many wonderful memories not only from Italy, but all other family travel and camping adventures through the years. In addition to his beloved parents and siblings, survivors include his stepbrothers, Christopher Puzzio and his wife Ashley of Fairfield, and John Puzzio and his wife Zara of Bridgeport; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Relatives and friends may visit the family on Saturday, July 16, 2022 from 9-12:00 noon at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 p.m. in Our Lady of Assumption Church, 545 Stratfield Rd., Fairfield. We are broken hearted to learn of Charlie's passing. As he was growing up, Charlie and Anthony played on so many sports teams together and spent so much time at our home. We remember having him be part of a few of our family vacations. We are so sad that he is gone much too soon and hope he rests in peace.

To my Luperella family! I am so sorry for your loss. I still remember Charlie in diapers the first time I met him and I wanted to wake him up from his nap just to hold him. I was about 12 then and I watched him grow up into a man... I pray for strength at this hard time for you all & know that he truly will be missed by us all. I love you all tremendously more than you know.
