Charlotte Toth Obituary
Charlotte Marie (Havens) Toth, age 67, of Shelton, passed away September 30, 2014 at St. Vincent's Medical Center. Mrs. Toth was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Charles and Marie Havens. She was a graduate of Central High School. She taught CCD when raising her children. Mrs Toth enjoyed cooking and gardening; however her favorite pastime was spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed. Survivors include her beloved husband Stephen William Toth of Shelton; four children Lisa Toth and her partner Albert Cologgi of Shelton, Charles Toth of Fairfield, Bradley Toth of Shelton and Stephanie Toth-Atwell and her husband Frank of Newtown; one sister Patricia Havens of Galaway, NJ; four cherished grandchildren Jessica Zervos and her husband Anthony, Jarrett Toth, Gavin Toth and Brady Toth; daughter-in-law Donna Toth of Southport; several nieces and nephews and her dog Bailey Toth. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements in careof the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home 399 White Plains Rd. Trumbull. Memorial contributions may be made to Swim Across the Sound c/o St. Vincent's Medical Center Foundation 2800 Main St. Bridgeport, CT 06606 or to the CT Humane Society 701 Russell Road, Newington, CT 06111. Dear Stephanie & Family...so very sorry to hear about your mom. We worked together for many years in the orthopaedic/therapy office in Bridgeport. She was always smiling and a pleasure to be around. We affectionately had special names for each other......she was "mother goose" and I was "Fish"...which always made us laugh. I know how she loved her family and she will be missed. Let all your memories get you though this very difficult time.
