Dianna Douglas Obituary

Dianna Lynn Douglas
Dianna Lynn Douglas, age 57, of Stamford, passed away peacefully and unexpectedly in her home on Friday, July 26, 2024. Dianna was born in El Paso, Texas on May 15, 1967 to Fred R. Douglas, Jr. and Bonnie (Campbell) Douglas. Growing up in the small town of Monroe CT, Dianna often spoke of the treasured memories of the neighbors on Patmar Terrace. Several years later, she and her family moved to Trumbull where she attended Saint Joseph's High School. She received her Accounting degree from Pace University and obtained her CPA license. She became a longtime resident of Newtown before moving to her home in Stamford. Dianna worked as a Director of Accounting Operations and Control for PepsiCo for nearly 26 years with dedicated service. Dianna loved to travel and plan memorable trips with family and friends. She had a particular affinity for New York City and the Arts where she would often enjoy lavish shopping, fine dining, a Broadway show, or a night out on the town. Dianna embodied so many extraordinary qualities including her kindness, her unconditional love, her strength of spirit, and unwavering support. Her generosity was immeasurable; she was selfless, compassionate, and deeply loved. In addition to her parents, Fred and Bonnie, survivors include her two loving sisters, Lisa Douglas and Christine Karolus and her husband Jonathan, three nieces Kaila Manner, Ava Karolus, and Lily Karolus, and nephew Ashton Danz-Manner. Dianna also leaves behind her beloved dog Louie whose loyal companionship brought her great joy. She had many dear friends that she cherished and whom she considered family; most especially Marty Matkovich and Frank Altese. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Friends may greet the family on Friday, August, 2, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. A memorial service will take place at 12:30 p.m. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice in her memory. For online condolences, please visit us at www.abriola.com.
