Edmond Cellini Obituary
Edmond L. Cellini Jr., age 70, passed away peacefully on March 15, 2025. He was a lifetime resident of Trumbull as well as Union President for Civil Servants.
He graduated Trumbull High in 1972.
Ed is survived by his wife of 42 years Lori Cellini, brother Alex Lozada and his wife Lorene of North Carolina, his mother-in-law Loretta Shine and sister-in-law Teresa Crocker of Massachusetts. Also, nieces Katie Crocker, Kristen Marshall, Sarah Lozada, Audra Lozada and nephew Alex Lozada Jr.
He was predeceased by his parents, Ed Sr. and Barbara Cellini, brother Kevin Cellini and his life-saving Canine Companion Murphy.
He spent time as President of GBARC ham radio club, and volunteered his time teaching ham radio and Morse code to first responders with Homeland Security.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 29, at St. James Church, 2070 Main St. in Stratford at 10 a.m. There will be a luncheon reception at 12 noon at Vazzano's Four Seasons, 337 Kenyon St. in Stratford near the church. All are encouraged to come and share their memories with friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the animal shelter of your choice.
