Florence Kozek Obituary
Florence A. Kozek, age 71, a lifelong resident of Fairfield, died Monday, February 24, 2014 in Bridgeport Hospital.
She will be remembered by her sister, Theresa Kozek, of the Black Rock section of Bridgeport; one nephew, Robert Candella, and his wife, Donna, of Naugatuck; two Great nephews, Joshua and Jacob Candella; Several dear friends including, Sally Bonomo, of Stratford. The daughter of the late Stanley and Anne Voroniuk Kozek, Florence was also predeceased by two sisters, Irene Campbell and Mary Ann Candella.
Florence was a retired car rental representative for the Avis/ Budget Group of New Haven with over 30 years of service. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, reading, and visiting the casinos from time to time.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 28th at 11 AM directly in St. Anthony Church, in Fairfield. Her interment will follow in St. Thomas Cemetery.
