Jim Earnst came to Kenneth City at a time when it's police department was in sad shape. Few residents knew anything about him.
Jim left Kenneth City with a smooth running PD and many, many friends. All of us miss him dearly.
He was a super guy and we feel proud to have called him a friend.
Our prayers are with his loved ones.
GOD Bless!
