Jay D. Johnson, age 54, a resident of Milford and beloved son of Maude Louise (Whitney) Johnson of Milford, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2016 in Milford, PA.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 107 Broad Street, Milford, CT. Interment will be private. To leave online condolences, please visit our website at www.codywhitefuneralservice.com.
