Katherine Sheridan Obituary

SHERIDAN Katherine (Kay) Kiliany Sheridan, of Stratford, beloved wife of the late George Sheridan, died on Sunday, December 28, 2003, in her home. Born in Bridgeport, to the late Andrew and Julia (Polackevich) Killianey, she had been a Stratford resident for more than 30 years. She was retired from the Singer Sewing Machine Co. Mrs. Sheridan was a member of the Germania Schwaben Club and had been an active parishoner at Holy Name of Jesus Church. Mrs. Sheridan is survived by two sisters-in-law, Eleanor Killianey and Antoinette Killianey; two brothers-in-law, Edward Sheridan and John Takacs; five nephews, Dennis Killianey, Richard Kiliany, Joseph Kiliany, George Killianey and Glynn Sheridan; two nieces, Irene Lambert and Lorrie Kiliany; and many great-nieces and great-nephews. She had been predeceased by five brothers, Andrew, Edward, Joseph, George and William and one sister, Marge. Friends are invited to attend the funeral on Friday, January 2, 2004 at 11 a.m. at Holy Name of Jesus Church with a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment in St. Michael Chapel Mausoleum. Friends may call on Friday from 9 - 10:15 a.m. at the Pistey Funeral Home, 2155 Main Street, Stratford.
