Kevin Rene Obituary

RENE Kevin Jean Rene, age 13, of Bridgeport, entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 6, 2007. Kevin was born on March 13, 1994 in Stamford, to Antonia Dieujuste and Jubert Jean Rene. Kevin was a student at James J. Curiale School in Bridgeport, due to enter 8th grade this fall. Kevin played baseball for the Park City Yankees. He also loved basketball, karate and hanging out with his many friends and family. In addition to his parents, Kevin is survived by his twin sister, Kimberly, sisters: Betina, Melissa, Marie, Anaiyka, Janiyah and Jesse; brothers: Brandon, Josiah, Marcus and Jazwan; maternal grandparents, Marie Luciana and Milord Jean Pierre of Stamford; grandfather, Henry Lemonier of Florida; paternal grandparents, Francoise and Raymond Jean Rene of Florida; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Kevin will be sadly missed by many but never forgotten. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 14 at St. John Catholic Church (Atlantic Street) in Stamford, at 10am. Calling hours are on Friday, July 13 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Leo Gallagher & Son Funeral Home on 2900 Summer St in Stamford.

The rivera family sends their prayers and love, we lived next door for years and knew how wonderful and intelligent Kevin was and always will be, this is a tragedy for all of us but we will grow strong from it and will pray for our sorrows to heal and for our lives to move on day by day.
